WORST SERVICE

our company have a standing order with Bidvest Steiner to deliver Tiolet Rolls on a monthly basis. we decided that we have to many toilet rolls and that we want to stop the order. i have phoned more than 8 times and asked Bidvest - Carla , to stop the order and to collect to exsessive toilet rolls but just recieve empty promises that they will collect and do a debit note!! I'm annoyed and irritated with the bad service!! i recieve flack from top Managgement as we do not have any place to store the rolls!!!! i dont know what to do anymore!!!
