Disappointing delivery

Have been with this company since 2020 Polokwane branch, with prompt delivery service. Very disappointed this week, our order was loaded on Monday 2023 May 29 from the warehouse and delivered to us today Wednesday 2023 May 31, short goods. The driver Piet passes our gate daily without delivering, he delivered short stock I called and he didn't pick up
