Bidvest Steiner, taking incompetence to an art level.

About 5 months ago I ordered filters for my water cooler, which I had purchased from Bidvest Steiner. There are three separate filters for the same unit, inadvertent they delivered two of each of he same ones and not one of the third. I contacted them and they stated 'ooops sorry' but they are out of stock of the other, and would let me know when they have it in again. No hassle these things happen. That was now 5 months ago. I have phoned occasionally but was told they haven't arrived yet. About 10 days ago I phoned again and was put through to someone who wanted to know which filter I wanted. I explained and they emailed me a pic showing the three units. I emailed back and told them which it was. They emailed me asking for me to email them a pic of the unit I wanted. I stated I no longer had it, however it was the exact one in the picture they mailed me. I again received a reply asking me to send them a pic of the unit. Obviously they did not have, after the five months, the filter in question, and this was a ludicrous attempt to keep on delaying. I simply gave up and told them I really did not have the time or inclination to continue with this ludicrous discussion and would try to find one elsewhere.
