BIDVEST STEINER - SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

A driver of Bidvest Steiner drove into the back of my son on Friday evening. It was the first time that he has ever been in an accident and was severely shaken up. The driver laughed and said that it was his second accident in this month. I told my son to report the accident to the police and get all of the drivers details. It turns out that the driver doesn't even have a valid drivers license. When I contacted them this morning asking for a loan vehicle while they repair my son's vehicle, they said that they don't do that. He would need to rent his own. They said that we should get three quotes and they will pay for the cheapest. How shocking that such a big, hugely diverse customer service oriented, stock exchange listed Company could have this attitude. Especially considering they own Car Rental as well as Repair centers of their own. Be careful while driving next to these people on the roads!!
