Be aware of Bidvest Steiner Hygiene

I purchased 10 foggers from Bidvest Steiner. When I wanted to pay C.O.D. I was told that I had to pay upfront. I did an electronic transfer for the full amount as reflected on the invoice on 19 August 2021. Delivery was supposed to happen on 23 August 2021. On 24 August 2021 I called Nkosi to enquire about my delivery and I was told that they were out of stock. A week later my goods were still not delivered. I duly canceled my order as despite numerous emails and calls my goods had not been delivered as promised. After cancelation of the order I received an email saying that my goods are ready for delivery. I advised that I had canceled the order and was awaiting a refund of the money paid. To-date I have still NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. After a week I was told that they required my bank account details which I duly provided. A week thereafter I was told that I need my bank details verified by the bank or a bank statement. I forwarded my bank statement which reflected to payment made by myself to them. Still no refund was made. Last week I received an email stating that they now needed a copy of my identity document. I have refused to provide my ID as they do not require it to do an EFT into my account. All that is needed is my bank account number. I do not advise anyone to purchase goods from this company.
