Rude, tacky and arrogant treatment at Bidvest Sky Lounge

I visited the lounge at OR Tambo airport, this was my first visit to any Bidvest lounge. There was a misunderstanding with regards to my 4 year old son needing his own card. The lady at the desk however was completely rude. Her name was Dineo. She made comments like "thats not my problem" and "thats your problem", when I asked to take her name down, she pulled forward her name tag and said "take it down properly, don't make a mistake". I would expect a premiere experience from the lounge, not rudeness and arrogance, especially since this was my first time visiting and especially since it was regarding a 4 year old.
