Bidwest Airport Lounge - beware how long you can use it for !!!

Just to let others know - I didn't !! I always use the lounge when travelling and normally enjoy it although every time the receptionist tries to find SOME WAY of preventing my entry !!! The standard and availability of the food has also gone down. Nut my main gripe is on Friday at King Shaka, the lady refused to let me in because I was early. I thought that was the point - to be able to relax a bit before a busy flight ?? She says the MAX. stay is 1 hr before the flight and told me to go away and come back at the correct time !! I think this is crazy ! If you go into the lounge 1 hr before the flight and have to board half an hour before the flight it gives you 20 mins. in the overcrowded lounge to grab something quick to eat and drink. This was not the objective ??? I never had this problem before is it new or just the usual difficult receptionist attitude ? What is the official ruling ??
