Vehicle parking *******ly on redline! Goodwood

Good Day, i would like to lodge a complaint against the driver and co-drivers of the one of your vehicle's a White Toyota Hilux with Reg: CL15XHGP. Your vehicle parked infront of my home on a SOLID RED LINE, while other parking was open, according to the traffic law one is not to park on a solid red line. This happened on the corner of Hamilton street and Dingle street, Goodwood. The driver was approached while coming out of my home and asked them to move their vehicle as it was on a red line and secondly infront of my gate. The occupants of the vehicle had a very bad attitude and my father felt intimidated by them as they flashed their weapons. All they had to do was just park in a parking rather on a solid red line INFRONT of my home. This is unacceptable to put peoples lives at risk all because you have weapons. I hope this gets addressed.
