Treated Like a ******** at Centurion Golf Estate for using Pardo Courier Lockers

As seen on the attached documents, I had a booking to use two PADO lockers which are situated in Centurion Golf Estate - with the exact location link stipulated in the SMS - 31 Boca Walk. As seen on the SMS documents as well, my booking was paid for on the app and the packages were due in the lockers before 2pm today (8 July).

These boxes contained products to ask two girls to be my brides****s for my upcoming wedding. As seen on the pictures below, my boxes contained a succulent plant (I planted this myself and picked it to from my garden), a bottle of gin, a customized gin glass and other goodies - for this reason, I chose to use Pado as I knew my box will be handled with care and kept upright as per the cautionary stickers on these boxes.

I arrived at the gate and was greeted by two rude security guards - I showed them the SMS's with the pin codes on and they indicated that I need a security pin to enter the estate. I stated that I only have this communication (the SMS's, the email and I even opened the app) but they did not bother to be helpful or accommodating at all - they did not even listen to me, as they kept on telling me that "the resident must share a new code" - I kept on telling them, no, it's not a resident, it's courier guy powered lockers called Pado, and I have a booking which I paid for already. The security guy started yelling at me and told me to go and turn around to leave the estate. I drove in, and I parked on the yellow section to see if I could find a contact number for Pado on Google or Facebook - nothing.

The original two security guards told me that they will be calling their manager- he arrived and I kindly showed him all the communication - I even called him sir to show respect and to show that I just want to drop my boxes. He continued grinding me and asking what I wanted to drop - I kept on explaining to him that it's lockers and a service I paid for. I wanted to get out of the car to show them the boxes as there was a brides**** message stuck to the front end - but they threatened me with police action if I got out of my car. Suddenly another man arrived (I later found out his name is Eddie Cawood).

From the moment Eddie arrived at my car window he was rude, unhelpful and he was not open to listening to me at all. He kept standing with his hands in his pockets and having this neverminded attitude - I literally begged them to drive with me to 31 Boca Walk to which Eddie rep**** saying that the location does not even exist inside of the estate - I kept on showing them the Google Maps pin indicating that the location is within the estate. He insisted that Pado DOES NOT EXIST and that I should leave and go and check my facts. I insisted that I can not leave as my lockers are booked for 2pm and I will lose my money as I could not find a telephone number online to call anyone at Pado.

Eddie walked away telling me to turn around and leave the estate - and I decided the hell with this and I drove into the golf estate following the location pin (yes, I acknowledge that this was wrong as well, but what must I do when someone is refusing to listen and I am desperate). I arrived at the lockers with Eddie and his man (who recorded me without asking for permission) following me and blocking off my car. I got out my car, picked up my boxes and started walking to the lockers - Eddie took the boxes from my hand and he threw them upside down into my car boot (as seen in the picture attached). I saw that the other man was recording me, all while the golf players started making a circle around us thinking that I am this crazy woman - and actually I am just desperate for someone to listen to me. I kept on telling Eddie that I've never been treated this bad in my life and that I will take steps - and he kept on pushing me (not literally) while standing in my face. I kept on begging him to walk with me to the location and he refused - he even walked into me to ensure I do not walk further. I asked Eddie to tell me - on camera - what he is going to do to rectify this once he is proven wrong - and he told me "nothing". Standing there - a desperate woman - trying to post her brides****s boxes - I asked this man to share the video with me - they refused - so not only did they record me without my permission, but they refused to share it with me - ********. They called the police to come and remove me from the premises - I got into my car and I left with them following me.

After this, I stopped next to the road and shared a Facebook inbox with Pado (attached) and Eugene from Padi called me within 10minutes - great client service, wow!!!!!! I started crying on the phone call with Eugene as this was one of the most horrific experiences in my life - I have never even been treated like a common ******** after trying to use a service I have paid for at a location I was told to use.

Pado's people have been great in assisting me and within 20min I could drop my boxes at Decathlon.

With this being said, I could not open my upside-down brides****'s boxes to evaluate the damage and thus I have no idea what the plant and glass items look like. For this reason, I had to spoil my own surprise and let these girls know about what happened. Eddie from Protea Coin literally ruined my one in a lifetime experience of asking my brides****s to join my wedding!! How can I, a young female, no make up in my gym clothing with two medium-size boxes be such a security threat to these men that my personal belongings had to be thrown into my care? How am I such a big threat that I was recorded and embarrassed in front of other men in a parking lot? How I am such a security threat that these men could threaten me with police action after I was NOT IN THE WRONG?

I checked out Eddie's public Facebook profile, and I see he has a family - including a daughter. I would like to know how this man would feel if someone like him treated his daughter this way - especially with such a special occasion?

With all of this being taken into account, I would like to make it clear that I am PR and brand professional in the IT and business industry with a few media contacts. I am utterly shocked with this treatment from all parties involved and I will be taking this to the media and making this experience public on social media. It's people like Eddie and places like Centurion Golf Estate that threatens women with their power and authority without thinking about any consequences - and this is clear when looking at the video where he clearly states that he will not apologize or replace any broken goods in my car. This has been an emotional event where it was supposed to be an exciting day for me. In addition to this, I arranged with my workplace to take a break for 30min to quickly drop the boxes, and it ended up being a 3-hour experience causing me to have to take leave for half a day - and Eddie? Well, Eddie thinks that it's okay to treat women like a common ******** for no reason.

So great - here is the story. I would like URGENT feedback on the steps taken against Eddie and I want Eddie to apologize to my face in front of his men. I would like the video deleted (with proof) and I would like proof about the disciplinary steps taken against him. If not - I will be opening a case against him for the destruction of property and slander as well as the recording of video footage against my will.
