RUDE, DISREPECTFUL.

Yesterday 18/07/22 I visited Pebble Rock entrance gate office as a new buyer to obtain an entrance code. I was assisted by 1 Willemse from Bidvest Protea Coin the man, the man was rude, disrespectful, condescending and very inconsiderate to a Black woman. He even had the audacity to ask me to send our "private offer to purchase" to Coin email address to prove that we bought but still refused to make me an entrance code despite sending our private information to a private entity. He should be moved to another branch as he even smoke in his office where people walk in and something which is ******* in this country.
