Protea Coin reckless driving &property destruction

On 22 September I parked my vehicle at the long-term parking at Lanseria airport.<br> <br> I opened the boot before I exited the car. By the time I had reached the boot, the Protea Coin security officer had already proceeded to remove our baggage from the boot and placed it on the back of the golf cart.<br> <br> The security officer then proceeded to take us to the terminal building. The first corner on our way was approached at what was clearly an excessive speed. My bag (which belongs to my employer) literally flew off the cart and slid across the tarmac. This bag contained a very expensive laptop and portable scanner which also belongs to my employer (thankfully this was not damaged due to the padding of the Bag). The exterior of the bag was completely destroyed. We were thankfully also unharmed after being endangered recklessly.<br> <br> I immediately reported the incident to the information desk where I was referred to the luggage section. The luggage section summoned the security manager (Walter Windsor) who inspected the damaged bag and provided me with his contact details. Swift action was promised.I have sent 7 follow-up e-mails only to be told each time that they will get back to me soon.
