Cash in Transit vehicle blocks my way

I parked at a small new mall in Bungeni, Limpopo near Elim, Louis Trichardt to buy a sweet. I have type 1 diabetes and needed glucose as I was having a hypoglycemic attack.<br> When I got back to my car I got in and had the glucose As I was sitting a protea coin hilux bakkie came from the road and parked diagonally right behind my car. I did not mind it as my work also make use of cash in transit vehicles and I know they are usually fast.<br> But I waited for about 20 minutes with the guards collecting money and dropping into their safes at the back of the bakkie. I was surprised that it could take so long. When I asked the driver to please move, he said that the bakkie is broken down. I was surprised as I saw the vehicle park and being switched off by the driver. So, I phoned their contact centre but who promised to radio the driver. The driver came out shouting at me and yelling about the vehicle being broken down. They refused to move and I had to drive onto the pavement to get out. <br> I waited 45 minutes to get out and with no help from guys who are supposed to be on the same side as us law abiding citizens.
