BIDVEST PROTEA COIN Company car accident-Negligence and speeding

Just wanted to do a review on BIDVEST PROTEA COIN Company and their drivers who do not care about the safety of other road users.

On the 27th of January 2022 my Mother got into an accident on which she was bumped by 1 of the cars from Bidvest protea coin, she was in the circle and they were speeding on the ReaVaya lane, they did not stop as they always think they have right of way however they are not driving a bus and were not suppose to be on that lane.

I then called them and was told if I submit the papers to claim, It will help with getting the claim sorted quickly and I have been waiting for more than a year and still nothing is sorted.

Their insurance lawyers keep threatening me to not speak to Bidvest clients directly but with them however they never response and keep giving me the same answer that they have been waiting for the clients finalization of their own damage, we are still waiting even now.

We have been getting the same answer for more than a year. Their driver even admitted that they made a mistake when they went to get checked in hospital as their car capsized and my mothers hands were hurt by the air bad.

They have no care in the world and I rate their service 0/10
