Bidvest and SARS taking money from my father

Hello Peter My father has been working for Protea coins security company for the past 7 years. He first started as an investigating officerat impala for almost 3 years until they told him then they told him that they are demoting him because of age. So he started working as a driver for Bidvest protea coin and reduced his salary. His salary went from R15 000 per month to R3200. So he started struggling to pay for my varsity fees as well the car he bought, now he has just retired because he has reached the age of 65 years and the company told him they had to let him go. They paid him out only R20 000 which means he will not be able to even afford to settle anything.
