2 years, and still haven't removed my contact details

<p>I have not been a trustee of Mont Serrat complex in Pretoria for over two years , and despited countless requests, emails, instructions to the calls received at all hours, you seem unable to remove my details from your system and call the correct contact person. This does not only mean I get woken up for calls which should not be directed to me, but also that you aren't directing calls to the designated trustee who needs to be aware of the concern. Incompetence would be the polite way to describe 2 years of asking for a simple action. Sort this out. </p>
