Thank you Nisha

I would like to thank Nisha at the Bidvest Premier Lounge at King Shaka Airport for her excellent service, understanding and for being so accommodating. My husband and I are members of Sanlam Reality and the use of the lounge is one of the benefits of being a member. The week before my trip, I had trouble downloading the Sanlam Reality App on my phone and when I called them, I was told that I must email them a pic of the error and someone would contact me. I explained to the "personal assistant" that I was going to be travelling the following week and needed to download the app as that is now the only way to obtain a membership card. I was assured that I just had to supply my membership number at the Bidvest Premier lounge to gain access. Over the next week Sanlam Reality called me twice but did not manage to resolve my issue. On the day of my departure, I went to the lounge to await my flight and Nisha, who was at the front desk explained that they could not allow access without a visual of the Sanlam Reality membership card. Upon seeing that I was flustered and upset, she allowed me to take a seat and have a beverage while I tried to contact my husband to see if he could send me a pic of my membership card from his app, which he uses often as he travels often. With only 30 minutes before the lounge was due to close and my husband unable to access the app on his side, Nisha took the time to check up on me and even asked someone else in the lounge if they could help by downloading the app. Meanwhile I called the Reality help line again and they were no help at all. Eventually 15 minutes before the lounge closed, my husband managed to get my membership card and sent it to me so I could officially check into the lounge and grab a snack as I had not eaten all afternoon. Thanks once again to Nisha for her assistance in helping to turn an embarrassing and potentially humiliating experience into something positive. I am still waiting for Reality to assist me in getting the app. You #WIN some and lose some.
