Charged for bidvest lounge entries without notice when we entered that it will not be free

Charged for entering the bidvest lounge without being informed that that will be the result. We were charged for our entire family of four, which includes two kids, a two year old and a four year old when visiting the bidvest lounges in George and Bloemfontein. It amounts to R300*4*2 = R2400. We were not warned that we were going to be charged this and the deductions on our account came on the day after we travelled back, implying that we couldn't use the feedback from the first visit to decide not to go in to the lounge on our way back. As far as I understand it is ******* to charge a bank account without notice to the client of the price involved and that they will be charged.
