Bidvest Premier Lounge online booking system is *******

I tried to book vouchers for my elderly family who will be travelling to the UK tomorrow. I contacted the lounge and was advised that I could book the tickets today for tomorrow. On going through the whole process waiting for a date I paid for the tickets and now have tickets that expire today. There was no warning that you could only book on the day. I now have to wait tomorrow and pay another R1200 for tomorrow. You cant get hold of the call centres - no one answers the phones and emails are not responded to. Dont use this lounge.
