A VOICE OF THE EMPLOYEE

Good Day everyone...I was working at Bidvest premier lounge Cape Town International airport. But I resigned on 15th of October 2022 immediately I got a interview invitation on the other Bidvest which I app**** for it long time but when I check on this invitation I scrolled down I saw a reply it was one of my Managers say "SHE HAS RESIGNED WITH IMMEDIATELY EFFECT FOR A NEW POST" I rep**** to the HR saying I will come to the interview I accepted the request. I got a call that day of an interview it was the HR saying unfortunately we have to cancel your interview due to the immediate resignation you did. I didn't understand because the post I app**** for it and i did my choice and accept the interview invitation. What hurt me most is that the Manager of Bidvest premier lounge Cape Town International airport she is the most spiteful person even now I usually get paid on 25th but I didn't get paid but I worked so hard for that money, it sadden me when there's people who are using their powers to destroy other people's lives...I resigned to get growth and I have a family to feed, the place had No growth Only on White people, the promoted a colored lady who was working as a cleaner to be a receptionist and also a chef that has no qualifications to be a head chef while we have our diploma...
