Bidvest mechanical warranty, great service and always willing to help and keep you posted. They always have approve my claim, excellent service and I am proud to have them as my backup

Poor service
I bought a car which came with a warranty cover from bidvest. Last week Thursday I had a breakdown, the whole tow truck service was good and quick, however I asked for a loan car which is included in my cover, it's been a full week plus a day, and I'm still without a car. Even after submitting the document they required from me, they are still not assisting with providing a loan car for me. I literally have to use public transport when I have a courtesy car cover with bidvest.

Poor service
