Taking advantage of people who are the first time to buy a car car

They took an advantage that it was my first time to buy a car. Their service was nice before I've sign a contract, after that they started to show me flames, poor communication, after I've signed contract I went there to collect car as we agreed on the date...the day arrived I went to the dealer ship to collect a car with my family, when we get there they told me that the car is not ready it must go to roadworthy and they told be two days before that the car will be ready on Thursday, so I was surprised and disappointed when they say the car is no ready, I must come back on Monday...okay I went there on Monday to collect a car and there was no spare key it was last year November, they told me I must come back to get a spare key because they guy who have the key for the safe is not around, I tried to contact them so many times that I need a spare key, till this year they told me that the person who trade in my car didn't gave them a spare.... so I'm asking myself is it my problem that the guy didn't gave them a spare key... cause what I know when you buy a car you must get a spare key also... so I won't recommend anyone to go and buy car there, cause then only care before you sign a contract after you have signed they don't care
