I'm no happy at all, I left my car at Parow VW on the 11th April 2022 for a Service since I was going home to Eastern Cape, when I get there I noticed that when I play my music just before 30minutes my battery is flat but I did not think something happened, I came back to Cape Town 2 weeks back and again the same thing happed. The name of the supervisor was Rowena Constable. My number is *** should you need to call

28 May 2022, 07:13Good morning,I just wanna add that for your information that I have a brand new Vw, 2021 model, never open it infront and I bought it at VW Table view, they did my first service, it came back and I never complain because everything was there, Mccarthy service my car and the battery is changed since they know when I am collecting my car I wont have time to open the bonnet. To prove me wrong I need the footage from the time it arrived till I came to collect it. If they don't replace my battery, I will buy myself another one no problem.
