VW MENLYN

I took my vehicle for service in VW Menlyn on the 15 April 2024 and I explained to them there is a noise when I am starting the vehicle and they replaced a fan last year and I told them the noise is back again. I was told it is normal for the vehicle to make noise by Madia and technician said the noise is in my head(Mogadi) I also told them that the vehicle failed alignment test because the left bearing and cv joint has bent, Madia told me to take it to the panel beaters because it was involved in an accident I received a horrible treatment from VW MENLY
