Terrible service from Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen Menlyn

My Tiguan SUV was serviced and repaired over 6 times in space of 18 months by Menlyn VW (service, brakes, overheating, boot lock repaired/replaced X4). They did not keep any records of all this work and completely deny ever having done the work even though I have proof of job cards that I received when the work was done. I was told it is not recorder in a service book as everything is stored electronically- Untrue (THEY DID NOT RECORD/ REPORT ANYTHING on the VW South Africa system). This impacted on my service history and despite this they refuse to apologies or even admit to their mistake. DO NOT USE THEM!
