So I booked in my car for a oil change. When I was handing over the car to the consultant I told him the car has a leak and they must check for the problem. They call me to tell me that my windscreen wipers need replacing and my coolant bottle is dirty. And a few other cosmetic problems like park light not working etc.... these are all things I can check my self. It does not take a mechanical engineer to do this. Yet they send the car back still leaking. Yesterday all the coolant leaked out and warning signals came on. So I had a look in the engine bay and can clearly see a leak. This tells me that there was no mechanic present for my service of the car. It seems the cleaning staff service my car. This is now the second time the service of my vehicle wasn't don't properly. I wish I could add photos of the leak. I have now realized this company focuses on giving you coffee and a smile at the door but no real vehicle service.
