Bad Service and Expensive

Bidvest McCarthy VW Menlyn (Pretoria East) is appalling, not only did I need to contact them twice to book a service for my vehicle, once I pitch up, I was not on their list for the day bookings at the 1st entrance , they are extremely expensive, one spark plug cost R 273 excl labour , one can get the same spark plug for R 65 more then R200 , there is no confidents in any repair / service they have done, if I go on their customer services or the why they hand over your vehicle to you , I do no that this is not a carwash but they cant even clean a car. So I have the paperwork that they say did the services , but have no confidents that the service even happen , even the service advice confirm this is over price and will be better for me to take my vehicle to a better services provide, do not use there service as there is none and will cost you 4 time more
