License and Registration payment

I am very disappointed in VW MCCARTHY WONDERBOOM Address:1 Lavender Rd, Annlin West, Pretoria, 0182 I was assisted by Kabelo Tshilwane he made me pay R7225 for license and registration and no contract of that as well, sent him a msg to see that but no avail, and worse that is money that was never mentioned to me when i purchased the veh and it was late and couldn't argue and told my self i'll just do my research to find out how possible that i can pay so much for that only, i'm just writing this to assist someone who might be caught in the same situation and be forced to pay that money especial in this tough COVID times, just need clarity and if that is how it is then this will be none and void but if not i would like to know why and want my refund cause i am able to do that on my own anyway. I was happy with my purchase and customer service i got from them, they really know how to treat customers but money issues can also spoil the good people do as well.
