On-the-road charges Ridiculous

The on-the-road-charges from Bidvest Mccarthy volkswagen Menlyn dealership is ridiculous - R9500 when you buy a car from them. This is probabaly the most expensive dealership in South Africa. My family will stay away from this place. There is no reason to charge this high amount.
