They WILL break your vehicle

In Dec 2019 this dealership stripped the drain hole in the sump of my vehicle after a service. To date, every time it goes for a service, it starts to leak oil. It takes a few times going back and forth before they manage to stop the leak. Today, after a complaint to VW SA ,they claimed that it is wear and tear!!?? The thing is, they are the only dealership working on the vehicle since new and it only had 6 services in its life as it has done very low mileage.

Be aware people, their workmanship is shocking and they will leave you with the repair bill! Avoid them like the plaque if you really want to have your vehicle properly maintained, as they just don’t know how!!
