They will break your car and not take responsibillity,bad workmanship in their workshop

*********** technicians and their service manager(Mahumad) who is useless and disrespectful of the clients,I took my car ,VW polo STI 2018 model on the 05th -04-2022 for a normal routine service of 75000km in return I realise that the handbrake is too tight than usually and the following day the handbrake was dis functional ( not holding up ).I return the car and I was told to wait for it for them to check in 40minutes time was told the car is fine and it was a normal wear and tear, then I drove back home the following day it happened again and I was told to bring and leave it so that they will check and the next day was called by service advisor (Sokhu) who told me that the problem is a mechanical breakage on the hand break lever now so for them to fix it I need to pay for it. very unfair because there was no problem with my car s handbrake system when I took it for service and even on their service comment they never mansion anything regarding handbrake system...they made me to hate the brand VW which was my favourite.I won't advise anyone close to me to take his VW to that dealership for service
