Terrible service from VW Constancia Kloof in Roodepoort

In my whole life I have never had such a terrible service. I bought a new vehicle and only found from the documents they were providing to me after the transaction that the car was registered before. I don't even know whether to believe what they telling me that the car is new even though it was registered before. From September to date I still have not received documents proving the car is indeed new as promised. I had to register the car even though they said they registered it, the traffic department could not see the registration.
