service book request

Im not really happy with the service I've got from vw I bought a polo vivo 1.4 there I was happy with the guy who was assisting me which is Kyle and apparently he left.firstly my car was ******, they could give me a copy of a certificate to take the car for clearance I called in I drove there several times with no luck until I contact the bank that gave me finance that's where i got help,apparently my service book was also ****** in the car I've been asking these guys to order me a service book with no luck I drove there several times I spoke to one of the guys u Lucas he told me he will make a plan I don't know what to do to get the service book now please advise cause the customer service there is very bad I will never advise anyone from my family or friends to buy a car there, I need help guys my car is due for service again I need the service book as urgent<Thanks Deli ***
