Poor service

Service we received from the Tshepo salesman is beyond poor, we were supposed to receive our vehicle on the 13th of Dec but we got excuses says the vehicle needs to be washed and the load shedding delayed the bank from sending papers to them. When the car was shown to us it had 2065km on the clock. On the 17/12/2019 we finally received the car but it has 3841km on the clock, has no carpets and no smash and grab which we paid for.
