Bad Customer service - Mojor service Kit special on 2010 - 2021 Polo and Polo vivo

I'm writing to complain about the bad service I'm receiving from Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen Constantia Kloof, Since Monday 14th February I've been calling them regarding the special on VW Polo Major service kit on 2010 - 2021 All polo and Polo vivo CLP and CLS Engines.

Seems like no one knows how to assist customers regarding the special, I'm not happy at all about the service received.
