Worst service ever
I have a Starlet 2023 under 55000km.I was convinced of the brand and reputation that i had made the right choice I was completely wrong this car aswell the customer sevice i have been getting from Prenesh Siripaul is appauling .My first complaints was reverse gear only to be told there is nothing wrong with it.I had to bring it back 2nd and 3rd time to try and get it sorted out even then i honestly felt he thinks he was doing me a favour not rendering a setvice. If its not a component that is wear and tear i do not think my gearbox should be have repaired but rather replaced what happens when my warranty is out and i decide not to extend and its decides to break again.Second complaints was my bluetooth not being able to connect to any of my fones which i completely disagreed with three different high brand fones all failing to decide not connect at 40000 plus kms all along everything was fine.He then siggested settings and my radio wifi to be disconnected still the problem persisted I again suggested a new radio being frastrated to no help
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We understand that you purchased your vehicle from a non-franchised dealership and have been experiencing issues with the gearbox and radio. Since your vehicle is still under warranty, it was referred to a Toyota dealership for inspection.
Upon the initial inspection, no faults were found with the gearbox and radio. However, during a subsequent inspection, we identified an issue with the reverse gear, which was repaired in accordance with the warranty instructions from TSAM. Please note that we are unable to authorize replacements without approval from TSAM, as we are bound by their policies and procedures.
Regarding the Bluetooth connectivity, we were able to successfully connect using two popular phone models. While no fault was found with the radio, we will arrange for further expert inspection and provide you with an update.
We are committed to addressing your concerns and will continue to work towards a successful resolution. If you require further assistance, please contact our dealership for updates on the progress of your car.

It is also to my full understanding that there are policies and procedures which needs to be considered in authorisation of warranty. However the issue has been neglect and the lack of proffesionalism in ensuring we receive the best service. The vehicle has been brought in a number of times without it being attended to.Finally after a long struggle only then was it attended.Even then we do not know if its has been properly repaired as it is still in the workshop.
Regarding the bluetooth problem its been 6 months in that period vehichle brought four times. In all those times no faults were found.Last Friday after heated arguements with the staff they still did not know anything or solution only then we were told about "policies and procedures" warranties etc.The whole arguement based on the fact that we were treated as second class citizens and ill treated. The managers who decided to walk away whilst trying to get answers walked away like we were pieces of *******.Marius and Leon who were supposedly to be of assistance made matters worse from how they treated us.
We have been re directed to get further assistance from the dealership yet the dealership does not seem to take our grieviences as prioriry and that is not happening.I wrote this article with a hope its would be helpful and hopefully its will get us assistance its seems this too has failed.
