Unprofessional service

What a pathetic service they render. Unprofessional and no contact with the client to keep the client abreast of the developments. The excuse is that something came up. Arrangements made not honored. Next thing you are the last person to get the car as they knock off even though you made arrangements for collecting earlier. The car has faults that were not there before. No explanation whatsoever. They just take the car back to the workstation without any explanation and leave you standing outside. Get the fixed and no one tells you what was the fault. What a disgusting level of disrespect for my support l.
