Toyota Midrand please put yourself in her shoes!

My car broke down and I insisted to be towed to Toyota Midrand! Even though it was Friday at 13:30, Mandy insisted that they can only look at my car on Monday! I was so disappointed and despite asking for help to at least know what is wrong with my car she put her foot down. I’m grateful to their Service Manger who considered helping me. I wish that someone could have just put themselves in my shoes! Customer service 101!
