Shocking service

I took my vehicle in for a service on the 15th of December 2021. When I received it back and packed the vehicle for our vacation the same afternoon, I noticed that the vehicle had a scratch on the paint work on the back right hand corner.

As I was in a hurry on vacation I only send a mail on the 17th of December and received a reply back that they will investigate the potential incident. I asked that if possible they can maybe have a look on the security cameras to check if the vehicle arrived scratched or not and then again when it left the premises if it was scratch or not. Until today I have not received any feedback or correspondence except that they will look into it. I have send follow-up mails and even had Toyota South Africa send & phone me to ask about my experience and that they will escalate the unhappiness. So please if you buy from McCarthy Toyota Lynnwood do not expect any after sales service once you are out of the door and they have taken your money for your vehicle or service.
