Shame on you McCathy Toyota Gezina

I took my car for service on the 17th December 2019, I removed some valuables in the car and left my pens in the centre console because I didnt think someone might take it. After collecting a car I wanted to write something down and immediately realised my pe s are missing (pens branded with company logo which I recieved as Christmas presents). I informed my service adviser and he told me I left my valuables at my own risk in the car and he called the service manager who also promised to look in the matter and do something. 20 hrs later I haven't recieved any communique from the dealership and it seems nothing will be done as I left my valuables at my own risk. Just diaooonted that to this date our valuables are still not safe if forgotten in our cars.
