Service **** - Toyota Woodmead charging for parts that havent been replaced

Beware of servicing your car at the dealership. They charge you for service which includes oil filter, air filters, spark plugs and dont actually replace them. I have been servicing my car here for my past 3-5 years and because of the lockdown I did this years service through my private mechanic. When he removed the spark plugs he noticed they were very very old and not from a car thats been serviced on time every year. Same story with the oil filter. Never been touched. I suggest anyone who wishes to service their car though them mark each part, if possible, as a check to see if they have been replaced otherwise they'll just wash your car and give it back to you.
