Service and customer relations Toyota Durban North.

After 4 times in 6 months taking my car back to them, I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service! 30000 on the clock and had to replace the discs and brake pads! Back 3 times after that and the brakes to fix the screaming noise that the brakes were still making, plus the aircon that didn't work and a part for the boot, which still hasn't come.....and not an apology for handing over the car the third time I was there with the bonnet left open and the aircon cover hanging down on the passenger side! **** service and worse customer relations ever! When I questioned the still non existent part for the boot, I got the Spares Manager introduced to me who was not happy that I was exceedingly annoyed and walked out the office saying he's only trying to help me!!!! He needs the ****** help. How hard is it to get a part in 6 months!!!!!! Then to top it all we asked if the car could be dropped home as I have pneumonia and they said no!!!! I will NEVER buy a Toyota again.
