POOR SERVICE - Used car sales

The worst service I have ever received from a used car dealer . I sold 2 Toyota vehicles to them. I keep following up on the settlement payment but with no response/feedback from the sales consultant. For my other vehicle I drop off today at 11:15am with all the documents I was told was required. I following up on payment with no response, message or call back. Then to be told 5 hours later another document was needed after I asked the consultant if it was needed as it was with me at the time of dropping my car. I am still waiting to get paid and again getting no feedback. The sales consultant’s boss has to validate everything causing delays as I am for sure not his priority! I told the consultant I have reserved another vehicle and payment to them was due, so basically begging to get paid which should be done same day - this is what other professionals used car dealers do. I might have lost the vehicle I reserved and am stranded! Not a place I would recommend to sell second hand vehicles
