Poor Service

ish to bring to your attention of the unacceptable service from McCarthy Toyota in Hatfield.I always get bas service from this branch, every time I have to call more than twice to be assist, I called this morning requesting quotation on changing key, alarm system and 105KM service. They promised to send me quotation via email. I haven’t receive it as usual. I called second time around 1pm is now 15:30 I haven’t receive anything and I always service my car at this branch . reg: FR46HNGP
