Poor service

I have just had the worst experiance. I took my brand new fortuner for its first service I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and went to work. I was delayed at a client and could not make it in time to collect my car. The dealership phoned me at 16.45 and I told them my wife was on her way to collect the car but she was caught in a bit of traffic and arrived 8 minutes late to find the dealership closed and everyone just gone knowing that my wife was coming to collect the car. I have meetings to attend over the weekend for which I need my car. I feel this need to close up quickly and run home shows a lack of regard for me as the client and it's very poor service.
