POOR Service

Toyota N1 City are a ******* I recently visited Toyota N1 City (Cape Town) to purchase Anti Freeze from there parts department, Very unfriendly bunch including Parts Manager, who is not available until after 2 pm to assist clients (WOW).

They have a huge poster in the parts center which states if you find Toyota Parts cheaper anywhere else they will beat the price limited to cost there price. When I should them a cheaper price the gentlemen laughed , so the poster means nothing but false advertising .

Price of Toyota N1 Anti Freeze about R 76.00 per liter we needed 9 liters , Toyota Anti Freeze at a spares shop R 40.00 per liter

Very bad service and a complete *******
