Pathetic service

I made an appointment for a service on my vehicle. I was told to bring it between 7:30 and 8 for booking it in. I was there before 7:30. By 7:45 I was still not helped. I asked the security as well as a employee what’s going on and he said he’ll find out. By 7:50 he didn’t return. I phoned and could see them answering. They said they’ll help me in a minute. Another 5 min later they still didn’t make an effort to help. I phoned the manager and all he could say he was sorry. I’ve serviced before at hatfield and have just had problems. My car was 10000km and after service they did not tighten sump plug. My last service was the same. They did not clean the plate under engine which once again caused a huge oil spill in my garage. Really bad service
