Pathetic fleet system!

I get these messages every time a vehicle from Drizit Environmental goes in for work.
I left Drizit in July 2017! How unsafe is your fleet system that you phone other people for authorisation? I have told McCarthy Toyota I do not work at Drizit anymore!
