none compliance with service

I took a Jeep car which was Oil Due 18February 2019 and drove it for 4 days. On the 25th February when I took it back to them after experiencing a problem with it, it ultimately head a breakdown I towed it to them. Since that day even today they have not told me anything. Did not replaced oil and suspect seized engine found it down
