Half job done on my car service.

Very disappointed and angry. I took my car for a service for a 210km service on the 09/05/2024 and I was told this will be a full service.

On the 14/05/2024 my fin belt torn apart while driving and aircon pump was messed up, which I’m failing to understand why couldn’t they pick that up during ‘the major service’ that was done on my car I would’ve understood if it was 3 months later that was 4 days…. I went there only to be told that they wanna tow my car and assess it.
