I took my car for service, and it received by Sibusiso Ndlovu a very patient and dedicated man, who takes time when assisting his work and service is boyond, he goes extra mile, my car had 2 problems starter and oil housing, after giving me the 2 issues, I was stressed because I didn't budget for that, there comes a man who knows his work and reminded me of my warranty plan, called on my behalf to checked it will be covered luckily it covered the starter, I recommend thenbwork of this God sent individual, thank you so much, I wish Bivest Mccarthy Toyota can recognise this man, May he continue with the good work "feedback is his middle name"
